Job summary
Modality Partnership Hull Division has a vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist (full-time or part-time, 22.5-37.5 hours per week). The postholder will be a high-performing Pharmacist responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use at Alexandra Health Care Centre and across Hull Division. This is an all-rounded, hands-on Clinical Pharmacist role. The postholder must confidently demonstrate skills such as effective communication, teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting, clinical assessment, and medication management for specific disease areas. Collaboration with local divisions, including Divisional Boards, and the National Modality Business Support Team, will be essential to deliver innovative working practices aligned with organizational strategies.
The role is not a standard 9-5 position and requires flexibility, innovation, and resourcefulness to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
