ABOUT THE PRODUCT & ENGINEERING TEAM

The Choreograph Product & Engineering team is responsible for building the Open Media Studio platform that powers how GroupM practitioners discover audiences and category dynamics, create media plans, activate media across platforms, and measure effectiveness. It is a proprietary solution with a rapidly expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients. There is an extensive roadmap to meet evolving use cases, maintain our competitive edge, and leverage new developments in technology and AI.

The team includes specialists in product design, management, engineering, data science, prototyping, project management, and product enablement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a senior product enablement manager for our Activation team, responsible for providing products that enable the execution of media plans across channels and platforms according to best practices, ensuring relevance for consumers and delivering optimal client outcomes. The role will focus on global clients and support the deployment and adoption of activation products within the Global Product & Engineering team, supporting GroupM and agencies.

WHERE WILL THE ROLE BE BASED

Based in London, reporting to the Director, Product Enablement for Activation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the advertising industry, proven success in developing and deploying complex solutions, and the ability to work collaboratively across a matrix organization, multiple markets, and with senior management. The role involves deep product understanding, driving adoption, supporting product evolution, onboarding agency leadership, collaborating with users, and partnering with cross-discipline teams on future releases and strategic roadmaps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Insight & Strategic Leadership
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of activation products and their global applications.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on upcoming features.
    • Contribute strategic input to product roadmaps aligned with client needs and market trends.
    • Drive adoption and expand the user base across GroupM and global clients.
  • Global Client Enablement Strategy Execution
    • Design and implement enablement programs tailored to global markets and agency needs.
    • Ensure product adoption aligns with regional dynamics and client goals.
    • Support media planning, activation, and measurement initiatives to optimize client outcomes.
  • Coordinating Global Client Activation
    • Serve as the central point for global client activation efforts.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of activation products across markets.
    • Maintain consistent delivery, support, and success, aligning with global media planning and campaign execution strategies.
  • Creation of Client-Focused Enablement Resources
    • Develop resources, training materials, and playbooks to promote product adoption.
    • Customize resources to meet global and regional client needs, maximizing media campaign effectiveness.
  • Product Education Leadership
    • Advocate for product education within GroupM and client organizations.
    • Deliver training sessions to ensure effective campaign execution through product expertise.
    • Stay updated on product updates and industry developments to inform stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • At least 2 years of experience in product enablement, client success, or a similar role.
  • Experience in developing enablement strategies and supporting materials.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Over 6 years of experience in ad tech, with strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, digital channels, and platforms including social and campaign management.
  • Background in training.
  • Resourcefulness and practical thinking in demanding environments.
  • Strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and juggle responsibilities.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech companies.
