They are looking for someone who can solutionise various products within their Communications suite to their varied customer base. Therefore this position would entail:

1. Responsibility for the Product Strategy and Roadmap concerning all relevant offerings within the suite
2. Involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of the Product, from Presales, to Launch, to Aftersales
3. Conducting market research and possessing a wide knowledge of the various offerings and sector
4. Working in tandem with Presales, Sales and Marketing teams to work cross-collaboratively

Requirements...

• Experience working in the Telecoms/Connectivity/Communications space
• Experience working in Product Management, Presales, or Communications/UCaaS/Voice Consultancy positions
• Experience working across Communications/Voice solutions (VOIP, UCaaS/Unified Communications etc)
• They would consider Presales and Solution Architects with strong technical understanding
