What you will be doing

1. This role is a multi-drop delivery driver position. You will be responsible for delivering company products to customers safely and promptly. As a representative of the company, maintaining a high standard of customer care is essential at all times.
2. Follow all company guidelines and MHRA requirements for product delivery.
3. Deliver goods accurately and on time according to daily schedules, ensuring proof of delivery at all staffed premises.
4. Sort goods at the depot into route order and load them onto vans in the correct sequence. Support colleagues with van loading when needed.
5. Perform daily vehicle checks, maintain vehicle roadworthiness, and record/report defects promptly.
6. Comply with all legal highway requirements, including EU, domestic, and WTD regulations.
7. Report damages and vehicle issues as per company policy.
8. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles, adhere to workwear and PPE standards.
9. Use all equipment correctly and report faults timely.
10. Safeguard the vehicle and its contents, locking vehicles when unattended.
11. Allow only authorized persons as passengers.
12. Maintain communication with Transport and Customer Service Departments, ensuring contactability during work hours.
13. Be adaptable to business changes and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
14. Follow company procedures for absences and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
15. Attend training sessions and understand standard operating procedures.
