Business Analyst - IT Simplification

Our client, a prestigious entity in the Legal industry, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in IT Simplification to join their Change Management team. This is a contract position where the successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our client's organizational processes through simplification and improving efficiency of their IT systems.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Modern workplace PM (OneDrive & Mobile)
   Required:
   
   • Experience in rolling out OneDrive and delivering projects on mobile devices
   • Extensive Microsoft stack knowledge including Intune, OneDrive, autopilot and their use on mobile devices
   • Experience in deploying these technologies globally
   • W11 and M365 knowledge and experience of deployment
   Preferable:
   
   • Legal or professional service experience
2. Modern workplace BA (One Drive & Mobile)
   Required:
   
   • Experience in gathering requirements and completing analysis to support solution design
   • Experience in rolling out OneDrive and delivering projects related to mobile experience in the Microsoft environment
   • Extensive Microsoft stack knowledge including Intune, OneDrive, autopilot and their use on mobile devices
   • Experience in coordinating the deployment of new devices across multiple sites globally
   • W11 and M365 knowledge and experience of deployment
