We believe in the power of early years education to change lives and we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our vibrant, collaborative team in West Ealing. As an Early Years Educator, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children (aged 1-5) can explore, learn, and thrive. You'll support their cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development, working closely with families to meet each child's unique needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering imaginative, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and growth
  • Observing and assessing children's development, and sharing insights with parents
  • Fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where children feel safe and supported
  • Building strong partnerships with families to support their child's learning journey
  • Maintaining accurate records and responding to developmental needs with care
