Kitchen Assistant - Part Time

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells on a part-time basis, working 10 hours per week. You will be a vital part of a team that takes pride in their food, brand, and most importantly, their people. Note: This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring proper use of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
  • Managing pressure, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively at all levels
  • Being an excellent team player
