Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and help solve complex business challenges.
• Understand client needs and support them in delivering effective, tech-enabled solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in roles such as:
• Business Analyst
• Project Support
• PMO (Project Management Officer)
• Product Owner
• Junior Project Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A passion for innovation, people, and technology.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 6–12 months of transferable work experience (all backgrounds considered).
• A desire to build a long-term career with continuous development.
• Willing to relocate for client project placements post-training.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (British/Irish citizen, EU Settled Status, or valid visa).
