Job description

The Associate – Actuarial Analyst supports the firm’s production and client engagements while assisting the Partner – Actuarial Analyst.

  • Location: London

Key Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Manipulation of client and market data such as pricing and RI structuring analyses from various sources.
  • Assess efficacy of insurance/reinsurance options using actuarial models/techniques including but not limited to experience rating, exposure rating, stochastic modelling, catastrophe model results.
  • Present actuarial output to key stakeholders in a supporting role.
  • Regular engagement within the team, throughout the company, (re)insurers and clients to build an understanding of clients’ risk profiles and support business growth.
  • Progress towards actuarial qualification.
  • Experience in insurance/reinsurance pricing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R/Python, Alteryx).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
