Role: Sales Executive

Location: North West, Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire

Product Speciality: Advanced Monitoring Assistive Technology

Salary: Negotiable base salary 35-40K, excellent bonus opportunity, car allowance, pension, 28 days holiday and additional package benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Executive in a fast-growing family-run business committed to providing Assistive Technology solutions that have a significant effect on patient care. The role reports to the Commercial Sales Manager and involves selling the assistive technology product range to care homes and independent healthcare providers. In addition, the role will provide remote support and on-site training to customers to ensure that they are achieving the optimal benefit from their advanced monitoring system.


In this role you will:

  1. Be responsible for customer relationship management and execution of the sales process.
  2. Develop and execute an account plan for the territory. Proactively initiate, develop, and implement a growth plan to improve current position and maximise the opportunity.
  3. Achieve targets and objectives for the territory.
  4. Provide remote/telephone support to our end users.
  5. Work with care teams to ensure that they are getting the most out of their advanced monitoring system.
  6. Provide remote and on-site training.
  7. Proactively monitor systems in the field and respond where necessary.
  8. Provide support to management where needed on day-to-day tasks.
  9. Carry out administrative, office management and finance duties as required.

Qualifications

  1. Full UK drivers licence

Person experience required

  1. Previous experience of working in a similar sales representative type role.
  2. Proven ability to introduce and sell new products to existing client base.
  3. Ability to demonstrate some technical/computing knowledge.
  4. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  5. Desire to learn new skills and develop across different roles.
  6. Demonstrates a pleasant and professional manner at all times.
  7. Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations across the territory.
