Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, the End of Tenancy Coordinator role is based at our Exchange Quay office, Manchester. You will play a vital role in the tenancy lifecycle, focusing on ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-tenancy process within the Property Management department. Your responsibilities include reviewing check-out reports, comparing them against inventory reports, identifying required works, and ensuring timely property turnaround for re-let. This role involves close collaboration with lettings, property management, and other internal teams to keep everyone informed.
