Role Overview

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Leicester, you will receive:

1. £25,000 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
4. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training Journey

Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

1. Purpose-built training facilities
2. Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions
3. Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
4. Fully-paid hotel stay during training in Colchester*
5. Meals provided during your stay*

Key Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue training and development with your mentor's support
