About the job you’re considering

As an SAP S/4HANA Experienced Cross Functional Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will work as part of a team shaping and delivering innovative processes and solutions to diverse clients across various industries. You will be recognized as a thought leader in designing solutions to support business operations and enhancing SAP platforms with the latest technologies such as GenAI, Digital twin, and automation.

You will collaborate with Capgemini’s Supply Chain Management team to deliver projects and develop new opportunities, working with technologies like S/4HANA, IoT, UI5, Digital, Cloud, Mobile, GenAI, and Predictive Analytics to support clients’ transformation journeys.

This role involves managing entire project lifecycles, from planning to post-go-live support, with opportunities for skill development through Capgemini’s training and certifications.

Our UK SAP Practice Team is a leading SAP Integration Partner, with over 1000 SAP practitioners across the UK and India, specializing in SAP S/4HANA certifications and industry-specific solutions.

Hybrid working is offered, combining office, client site, and remote work, with pre-employment checks including identity, immigration status, employment history, and criminal record.

Your role

• Lead delivery of complex Supply Chain Management solutions, driving value for clients
• Provide solution and technical architecture leadership within projects
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a Trusted Advisor
• Translate business needs into detailed solution designs
• Lead and coach teams across multiple sectors and disciplines
• Stay updated on SAP capabilities and participate in RFPs and pre-sales
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with client strategies
• Provide thought leadership on SAP solutions and industry trends

Skills and experience

• Expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management and integration with other SAP modules
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and consulting principles
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ECC projects
• Familiarity with project tools like JIRA, Solution Manager, Signavio
• Proven leadership in managing remote teams and cross-functional integration
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning developments

Security clearance

SC clearance is required, with criteria including residence in the UK for the past 5 years and other security checks. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals.
