About the role
You will be responsible for driving the ambition and growth of the retail category online to support Halfords Group in becoming the market leader. Alongside this, carrying out merchandising activities and supporting the team in range & maintenance of all retail and cycling products online, ensuring all lines are live with the correct images, content, copy, and accurate attribution. The role will also support in conversion optimisation of customer journeys with a focus on growing purchases, attachment rate, availability, AOV and supporting help & advice: all contributing to a great customer experience.
