Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with a top 100 Accountancy Practice located in Derby, who are now seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The firm are offering a competitive starting salary along with an excellent benefits scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Semi Senior Accountant to join a growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing year-end financial statements and management accounts, calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities, building and maintaining client relationships, as well as mentoring junior members of staff.

Semi Senior Accountant Job Overview

• Prepare year-end financial statements and management accounts to support client goals.
• Calculate tax liabilities and provide tax planning advice.

Semi Senior Accountant Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Accountancy Practice.
• AAT, ACCA or ACA qualification beneficial.
• Previous experience with IRIS or CCH beneficial.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Salary dependent on experience, with the typical industry range for this position being £28-£34K.
