About the role

As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

  • Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
  • Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Fluent speaking English.
  • Passion for patient care.

We are looking for a friendly Optometrist to join us in our Newark practice!

This is a busy standalone practice with a great atmosphere based in a Market Town with a new shiny shop front!

This practice has 3 testing rooms, and is fitted with both phoropters and OCT.

You will be working alongside a team of 10 including 2 other residents, and a Dispensing Optician.

Various hours and days available.

Transport: Excellent links by train, only a 10 minute walk away or a choice of 2 car parks also a short walk.
