The Compliance Analyst’s primary role is to ensure the company adheres to internal policies, regulations, and legal standards, supporting the Compliance Function on a day-to-day basis.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Support the assignment of regulatory reporting responsibilities, monitor adherence to reporting deadlines, and assist with preparation of submissions and returns.
Assist in drafting, implementing, and embedding policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and, where relevant, align with market best practices.
Handle all types of sanction referrals and conduct due diligence for marine cargo screenings and vessel/container tracking, escalate issues to underwriters as needed, and monitor vessels and ongoing sanctions developments, including providing guidance on licensing requirements.
Maintain technical knowledge of PRA/FCA/Lloyd’s regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Have experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably within the Lloyd’s market.
Possess experience in financial crime, licensing, and sanctions.
Experience in performance compliance regulatory assessments and producing compliance reports is desired.
