Salary: 29.45phr INSIDE IR35

Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, ongoing, and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Wolverhampton, seeking a BEM Launch Engineer to join their team.

Skills Required:

• Problem solving
• Manufacturing process knowledge
• HV Battery knowledge

Experience Required:

• Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject
• Demonstrates the Client's Creators Code behaviors of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth, and Impact
• Relevant or previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes
• An individual who works independently, is results-driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive, and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment
• Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges, and empowering each other to deliver
• Strong people skills and the ability to work both individually and in a cross-functional team

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of battery systems and design
• Knowledge of PCDS framework
• Experience with AIMS & Issue management systems
• Understanding of Agile methodology
