Job Title: Senior Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: up to £32,000

We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard a Senior Service Desk Engineer to provide support to Global users.

The Role:

  • Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary
  • Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements

The Candidate:

  • Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment
  • Mobile device support including troubleshooting and administration
  • Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions

The Package:

Base salary: £25,000-£32,000
