Job Opportunity: Care Coordinator (Greenwich)

Due to expansion, we are hiring an experienced Care Coordinator for our Greenwich location to join our existing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in a busy Domiciliary Care Business based in Eltham.
  • Knowledge of the local area, particularly Eltham.
  • Familiarity with rostering software and ECM.
  • Respond promptly to issues and risks reported by staff and health professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and CQC standards.
  • Advocate for service user rights.
  • Experience in Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning, and Risk Assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, well-organized, and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of three care coordinators and share responsibilities.
  • Ability to follow managerial guidance and work under pressure.

This role requires flexibility due to the nature of the contract, including rotational on-call duties as agreed with the management team. Applicants must currently reside in the UK.
