Role – Senior Consultant

Job Description

Infosys is seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with extensive knowledge of Workday HCM. The candidate will be responsible for requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions supporting the customer's Workday HCM application.

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the creation and development of transformation solutions for our clients. Your role includes creating high-level design artifacts, participating in HCM digital projects, integration development, and collaborating with finance leads, technical product managers, and other teams to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects, with relevant domain expertise.
• Proficiency in all HCM processes and reports, with the ability to suggest best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Cloud projects.
• Experience in HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn, Time & Labor.
• Experience in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud, including integrations, reports, and business process customization using native Workday tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large and complex HCM projects within teams.
• Ability to independently drive customer discussions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to diverse teams.
• Experience supporting all aspects of Workday Cloud systems implementation, including business flow understanding and documentation.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
