Responsibilities:

  • As a manager in the regulatory reporting team you will be helping to build and shape the practice.
  • You will be responsible for managing and delivering client projects reporting directly to senior management who will provide oversite and direction.
  • As well as having responsibility for delivering high quality client projects you will be expected to contribute to developing the capabilities of the practice and its people.
  • Assist in the recruitment of top talent at all levels of the Practice.
  • Support continuous knowledge growth within the Practice specifically through ad hoc or planned training.
  • Opportunity to act as a performance line manager and a functional manager.
  • Mentor and engage in a collaborative fashion with less experienced colleagues.
  • Help to represent our culture by participating in internal efforts around continuous learning personal and professional development and team building.
  • Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network.

Demand:

  • Assist the demand/sales team by crafting developing and advising on solution approaches for campaigns that have a requirement of Practice expertise.
  • Engage with the client during the solution development.
  • Contribute to the practice sales campaign pipeline.
  • Assist with Horizon scanning identifying new opportunities for the practice.
  • Networks develop and maintain relationships with new clients and partners.
  • Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network.

Service:

  • Actively contribute to trade and transaction reporting projects/solutions to drive collective client and our success.
  • Communicate issues problems and concerns faced by client.
  • Provide solutions in a manner that is representative of a thought-leading consultancy.
  • Escalate to management any risks or concerns related to the performance of a client delivery for timely resolution.

Delivery:

  • Contribute to the development of the practice's internal capabilities in order to drive our success.
  • Work collaboratively across the practices to ensure consistent and effective use of the firm's internal capabilities.

Experience required:

  • Experience in either financial services consulting or change experience within a financial services organisation (e.g. investment bank asset manager market infrastructure or service provider).
  • Knowledge and experience in several of the following topics:
  • Trade and transaction reporting.
  • Regulatory change.
  • Operations transformation.
  • Process re-engineering.
  • Technology transformation.
  • Data and analytics, Controls.
  • Good understanding of capital markets related trends and regulatory landscape including working knowledge of multiple trade and transaction reporting regulations such as MiFID II EMIR CFTC ASIC and MAS (including the latest rewrites and refits).
  • Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area.
