About you

The minimum requirements for the role are:

• Experience of working within a back office domain that covers at least one of the following business areas: Banking, Lending, Payments or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with the design, deployment, and management of Istio Service Mesh solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a strong understanding of hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Accomplished in multiple programming languages, particularly Java and Spring Boot, with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience in leading teams while actively contributing to the delivery of team objectives and outcomes.
• Deep expertise in designing and developing high-performance, resilient, scalable, and secure middleware systems.
• Broad development experience across diverse platforms and tools, including Kubernetes, Harness, and Helm, with in-depth knowledge of TLS, certificates, JWTs, OAuth, and OIDC authentication flows.
• Strong background in integrating systems across a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Unisys, and cloud-based services.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of engaging stakeholders across disciplines and levels through strong communication and influencing skills.
