Estate Agent Associate Director / Lister
We are seeking experienced Estate Agents and Letting Agents capable of valuing and listing properties. This role offers a unique self-employed business model with full support, allowing you to work flexible hours and days.
- Compensation Options:
- Option 1: Basic salary of £18,000 (£1,500/month) plus £200 upfront per listing, with 35% personal commission on our fees, and 35% of all referral income from Financial Services and Solicitors, letting fees, and property management fees.
- Option 2: Basic salary of £12,000 (£1,000/month) plus £200 upfront per listing, with 50% personal commission on our fees, and 50% of all referral income from Financial Services and Solicitors, letting fees, and property management fees.
- There is an opportunity to start with Option 1 and transition to Option 2 before the end of month 8.
- Expected on-target earnings range from £60,000 to £100,000.
- This is a proven self-employed business model.
- Responsibilities:
- You will conduct your own viewings and handle minor sale progression tasks, supported by an office Sales Progressor.
- You will have access to a laptop and workspace at a High Street estate agency office in Chelmsford, covering an exclusive area.
- Meetings with clients can be conducted in coffee shops or other informal settings; working from the office is optional.
- No setup fees or ongoing costs are involved.
- Ideal Candidates:
- Experienced estate or letting agents confident in their abilities and interested in earning through their success with an attractive commission structure.
- Individuals eager to take control of their career and possibly own their own estate agency.
- Support and Tools Provided:
- Lead generation tools, marketing using AI, CRM, social media training, and ongoing support to grow your business.
- You will actively market in your core postcode area and develop your database and brand presence.
- Willingness to learn and grow your business is essential.
- Candidate Profile:
- Current or previous estate agency experience, with responsibilities including valuations, listings, and viewings.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.

- Must be prepared to door knock both on-market and off-market properties, and be open to creating promotional videos to enhance local market presence.
