Project overview:

Participate in a digital transformation initiative to enhance customer experience by developing a new Weather App module that provides real-time, destination-specific weather insights for holidaymakers. Support rapid experimentation and validation of new product ideas via POCs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the selection and implementation of a modern React-based tech stack.
• Build the MVP of the Weather App from scratch.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to shape architecture and best practices.
• Define and implement QA, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Deliver demos to stakeholders, gather feedback, and resolve blockers.
• Create technical documentation, deployment notes, and handover materials.

Candidate requirements:

• Deep expertise in React.js and front-end component development.
• Experience integrating APIs and working across the full SDLC.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), and QA strategies.
• Proactive problem-solving, risk management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in agile environments and presenting demos to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and coding standards.
