Salary: Potential earnings of £250,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed luxury real estate agent to join our team in and around Glasgow. As a luxury real estate agent, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of high-end properties, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage your own portfolio of high-end properties in and around Glasgow
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals and celebrities
3. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
4. Negotiate deals and close sales
5. Work closely with other agents and brokers to ensure successful transactions
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market
7. Attend networking events and build your personal brand in the industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a luxury real estate agent, or a track record of successful sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
• Knowledge of the Glasgow location
• A network of high net worth clients and industry contacts
