Based in the Midlands of the UK, we are a well-established software house that has secured significant client wins. We are now looking for developers to join our team.

We are a small but highly skilled team of software developers working on several greenfield projects. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality and service to our clients. We are long established in the area and count some huge names amongst our client base.

Responsibilities

1. Perform problem solving, utilize conceptual skills, and resolve production issues.
2. Translate high-level requirements from the business into software solutions.
3. Stay updated with new technologies and suggest potential implementations for current and future projects.
4. Communicate regularly with company Directors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
5. Help set and contribute to team standards, ensuring projects follow best practices.
6. Participate in deployment pipeline configurations using Azure DevOps, including builds and branching strategies.
7. Engage in peer reviews to maintain high standards across projects.
