Job description

HR Advisor - Rawtenstall, Bury, Immediate Start - Possibly leading to permanent - 20.48 p/h

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a specialty materials leader involved in mission-critical systems, including battery technologies, electric vehicles, filtration media, and specialty insulation materials that promote greener living by reducing fossil fuel consumption and saving energy.

The company operates 60 manufacturing facilities with over 9,000 skilled employees worldwide.

As an HR Advisor, you will have strong experience in HR functions within a manufacturing environment and will often be responsible for the Rawtenstall site.

The role offers a hybrid working model: office-based from Monday to Thursday and work from home on Friday.

Working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00, with some flexibility possible.

This initial 3-month position offers a good opportunity for permanence.

The hourly rate is £20.48, paid weekly in arrears, with 28 days of holiday accrual and benefits from working with one of the UK's largest recruitment agencies, including access to a dedicated Account Manager and supporting technology.

Applicants should have relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification.
