Warehouse Operatives Wanted for a quick start

Job location: SOUTHAMPTON

We are hiring warehouse operatives for various shifts with immediate start. Opportunities for full-time, part-time, and permanent positions are available, with weekly pay.

Shift Details:

1. AM shifts: 6 am - 2 pm or 8 am - 4 pm, with lots of overtime. Pay: £17.60/hour regular, £22.50/hour overtime.
2. PM shifts: 4 pm - 12 am, 6 pm - 2 am, 8 pm - 6 am, with overtime. Pay: £22.50/hour regular, £28.70/hour overtime.

Note: Pay rates may vary from £18.44 to £28.00 per hour depending on the shift and overtime.

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexible and adaptable to switch between tasks during a shift.
• Capable of handling parcels up to 30kg and pushing up to 250kg (assistance provided for larger items).
• Physically fit to manage heavy goods.
• Dedicated and motivated individuals.
• Experience with companies like Amazon, DPD, DHL, XPO is a plus but not required.
