Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.60

Requirement: Full UK Driving License

Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at the UK's market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be delivering exceptional grounds maintenance and winter services for our clients' sites.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, clearing leaves, spraying, litter picking.
2. Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery to maintain sites and external areas.
3. Providing winter services such as gritting, snow clearing, and installing Christmas trees.
4. Reporting site hazards to management.
5. Operating vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely.
6. Undertaking additional training as required.

Candidate requirements:

• Passion for outdoor work and flexibility to work in various environments.
• Good understanding of smartphone technology.
• Previous grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
• Possession of a PAI & PA6 spraying license is advantageous.
• A full UK driving license is preferred as some roles require the use of company vehicles.
