A well-established and fast-growing SaaS vendor is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support sales and marketing leadership in building a best-in-class revenue operations function. Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate policies across the sales organization
Manage sales territories and ensure fair enforcement of rules
Track and maintain operational excellence through key sales metrics
Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports
Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, efficiency, and trends
Drive process improvement, change management, and deliver training
Support annual planning cycles, including capacity planning, quotas, and incentives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and HR to establish realistic goals
Provide reporting and analysis to support AE coaching and performance
Oversee CRM data integrity and sales tool implementation
Analyze pipeline performance against targets to optimize demand generation
Define and refine forecasting methodologies
Support pricing, discount strategies, and overall sales efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in SaaS sales/revenue operations
Proven ability to drive process optimization and efficiency
Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce dashboards & metrics
Background working across sales, marketing, and customer success
Ability to lead change management and implement new processes
Comfortable working as an individual contributor in a matrixed environment
