Join Our Team as a Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter!

At Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co., we're a leader in sunrooms, shade products, railings, and decks, valuing craftsmanship, innovation, and our team members.

We are seeking a skilled Traveling Sunroom Installation Trainer/Carpenter to lead installation projects and train others. This full-year position involves outdoor work, travel up to 4 nights a week for 35 weeks annually, and indoor or covered environment work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sunroom installation projects and mentor installers.
• Travel extensively, with overnight stays.
• Work in diverse environments, including outdoor, indoor, and covered structures.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in carpentry, roofing, or exterior home improvements; sunroom experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work on ladders and roofs up to 30 feet high.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reside near Souderton, PA.
