Job Description:

An exciting opportunity now exists within a cutting-edge, PE-backed SaaS business for an experienced and forward-thinking Global Head of People Operations and Reward to join on a permanent basis. This newly created role offers the chance to make a significant and lasting impact within a fast-growing organisation that operates at the forefront of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

As the Global Head of People Operations and Reward, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s global HR strategy. Sitting as part of the People Leadership Team, this position offers a rare blend of strategic input and hands-on execution. You will lead a small, high-performing team and work closely with senior stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven people practices that support business growth and evolving organisational needs.

The remit will cover the design and implementation of a cohesive global HR operations and reward strategy aligned to commercial objectives. You will oversee the optimisation of HR operations across a workforce of over 200 employees spanning multiple international locations, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience. A major focus of the role will be the ongoing development and management of compensation and benefits frameworks, including base pay, and bonus structures. You will also be responsible for embedding data-led decision-making across all areas of the People function, while overseeing the delivery of core HR processes covering talent, performance and employee development. A deep understanding of global HR compliance and corporate governance will be critical, particularly in relation to managing the complexity of multiple employment jurisdictions.

Given the company’s global footprint, experience managing HR operations and reward across an international setting is essential. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling people functions in high-growth environments, ideally within the SaaS, data analytics, or broader technology space. A strong background in both HR operations and total reward is required, alongside the ability to operate with pace, precision and commercial awareness. You will be confident working in a matrixed, fast-moving business and will be comfortable influencing at senior levels, bringing excellent communication skills and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.

The role will be based in London, with hybrid working expected (typically two to three days per week in the office). For more information, or to be considered, please apply.
