As Product Development Engineering Delivery Lead, you will take responsibility for leading engineering delivery through design and development, and lead the technical team managing the design, development, testing, commissioning, and in-service support.
The Product Development Engineering Lead will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role offers flexible working arrangements.
The salary for this role is up to £72k, depending on experience.

The candidate should have strong leadership and people development skills, design experience meeting military, safety, and commercial standards including CE compliance, and produce high-quality documentation. A background in product development, especially within Ship & Fleet Protection products, is essential. Skills in managing data, reporting, and organisational abilities within cross-functional teams are required. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are necessary, and experience with ERP systems, SharePoint, and document control is preferred.
