Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architect within our Service & Reliability organization who will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and governing end-to-end IT Asset Management Lifecycle solution architecture across key S&R transformation projects related to Service Improvement and Operational Excellence within our Technology Asset program. Ensuring the realization of the qualitative and quantitative benefits and business case, you will participate in enterprise technology design governance to ensure the integrity of the broader technical architecture across territories.

• Proactively engage in the feedback loop of the Asset service as part of continual improvement process.
• Be recognized as a subject matter leader in IT Asset-centric solutions, including Telco assets, and build strong relationships and credibility.
• Support key commercial, financial, and operational decisions, including acquisitions, entry into new markets, and evolving business ambitions across Asset Management.
• Create solutions for the Tech Asset program, including planning, estimation of time and cost to implement.
