Conveyancer – Hereford Location: Hereford (Office-Based or Hybrid) Salary: Up to £55,000 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

We’re working with a respected law firm in Hereford that is looking to expand its property team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancer. The Role: You’ll be involved in a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to tailor your workload based on your experience and interests. Duties may include:

Running or assisting with conveyancing files from instruction to completion

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation

Ensuring compliance and progression of matters in a timely, client-focused manner

About You:

Experience in residential conveyancing essential (minimum 2 years preferred)

Able to manage your own files or assist a fee earner, depending on level

Friendly, approachable and organised

Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or experienced paralegal

Based within commuting distance of Hereford (some flexibility available)
