Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled, forward-thinking Editor who is passionate about high-quality content and excited to harness the power of AI tools to streamline, scale, and elevate our editorial process.

In this role, you will review, refine, and polish content across blogs, emails, landing pages, and product marketing materials—ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice. You'll work hand-in-hand with AI-assisted platforms to enhance efficiency, improve language precision, and optimize content for SEO and engagement.

What Your Work Will Entail:
  1. Content Editing & Proofreading Plan: review and edit copy for grammar, clarity, tone, structure, and style consistency across all channels.
  2. AI Tool Integration: Use platforms like GrammarlyGO, ChatGPT, Jasper, or Writer to improve content flow and tone, generate content variants or rewrites, check for consistency, readability, and keyword alignment, support batch editing and content optimization at scale.
  3. Workflow Efficiency: Use AI to streamline editorial processes, tagging content, and speeding up revision cycles.
  4. Brand & Voice Alignment: Ensure all content, whether it is always-on or campaign-related, adheres to our brand voice, tone, and editorial standards—whether human- or AI-generated.
  5. SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize content for SEO creating high-quality content, using relevant keywords, optimizing assets, and structuring content for readability, leveraging AI insights when available.
What You Bring To This Role:
  1. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  2. Familiarity with AI writing/editing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO, Surfer, or Writer)
  3. Strong understanding of brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency
  4. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for grammar and narrative flow
  5. Experience building content calendars, editorial systems, or CMS tools
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
  1. 3+ years of experience in an editorial or content-focused role
  2. Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is favourable
  3. Experience editing both human- and AI-generated content
  4. Background in SEO writing or digital publishing
  5. Familiarity with prompt optimization or basic AI prompt engineering
  6. Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
