The Salad Project: £12.25 per hour | FOH Team Member | 12am - 3pm | Monday - Friday

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened our first store in summer 2021. Today, we operate six stores across London, expanding continuously.

Role | Team Member

12 - 15 hours per week

• Assist customers in creating their perfect meal
• Recommend ingredients and menu options based on taste, provenance, and dietary needs
• Create and package Click & Collect and Delivery orders
• Mise-en-place of the bar before shifts
• Basic food preparation and organization
• Clean the bar/restaurant after shifts
• Maintain hygiene standards consistently
• Represent the brand as a “Sp” champion daily
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills
• Work effectively as part of a team and build relationships
• Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain positive energy and team spirit
• Ensure a clean, hygienic environment
• Uphold service standards without cutting corners
• Balance professionalism with a friendly attitude
• Be punctual and respectful of schedules

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

A friendly smile and warm tone of voice are essential.
