Your Day-to-Day

Be ready to make every day different! From cooking in the kitchen to playing in the garden or engaging in music or crafts, you'll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children in need.

You will work within a close-knit team of 6, with support from Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.

  • Experience with children: in care, education, or other settings—your passion and energy are key.
  • Enthusiasm & resilience: eager to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
  • Qualifications: working towards or holding a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
