Aaban is a unique in-patient mental health service for young people, blending psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychosocial support with pharmacological treatment. We are a fully integrated multidisciplinary health and social care service focused on supporting young people to achieve long-term, sustainable, and innovative treatment plans.

The Night Manager will ensure standards are met to provide young people with the quality of care they deserve, embodying our core values and promoting a safe, effective, and empowering environment. They will role model these values, contributing to individualised care that enables young people to make decisions and meet their needs.
