Position: Full-Time, Nights

Facility: 50+ Bed Care Home

I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established 50+ bed care home in Kirkcaldy for a Senior Carer to work night shifts. This is a full-time role with a competitive pay rate of £14.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the night care team
2. Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the night
3. Administer medication and provide personal care
4. Handle emergencies and maintain accurate care records

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a senior care role
2. Strong leadership and communication abilities
3. Relevant qualifications in care
