Job Description

Holroyd Howe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality and events team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations.

Job Type:Full Time - 8 Hours
Hourly Rate:£12.60 per hour (starting rate)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organiseand deliver successful operations for all meetings and events.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and school events team to ensure food and service provision aligns with Holroyd Howe standards.
  • Adhere to all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with in-house accounting policies and monitor food and beverage control, including performing stock takes and ordering.


Qualifications

  • Excellent food & beverageknowledge -desirable but not essential
  • Experience in meetings, events and hospitality -desirable but not essential
  • Lead by example, always acting in a professional manner
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Takes the initiative and hands-on
  • Supportive / Team player
  • Strong presentation skills
