Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a vital role in maintaining safety and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
  • Provided technical support for installed solutions.
  • Escalated issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
  • Reviewed open incidents daily, managing your workflow to close them efficiently.
  • Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
