About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working between the hours of 7am and 6pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks. We have positions to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  1. Work in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children's outcomes.
  2. Support the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  3. Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and meet performance standards consistently.

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
