Are you an experienced and dynamic Managing Director looking for your next opportunity to add real value and a flair for delivering growth to a great business?


We are working exclusively with a fast growing FMCG business based in Central London, looking to scale-up rapidly in the next 2 -3 years

They are ideally looking to recruit a results driven MD with a track record for helping businesses grow and increasing EBITDA


Our client is offering a salary between £150,000 - 200,000 + bonus and equity.


Responsibilities:

The role reports directly to the business owner and founding entrepreneur:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious growth and EBITDA targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Senior Leadership team.
  • Oversee Sales and Marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and market share.
  • Ensure the delivery of the highest quality products.
  • Expand and nurture the customer base and develop strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or high-growth brand.
  • Strong track record of delivering growth in an SME environment.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
