Job Title: Purchasing Operative

Location: Goole

Contract Length: Temp-permanent

Embark on an electrifying journey with Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services! Our client is igniting a brand-new Rail Industry Hub just outside Goole and need a dynamic Purchasing Operative like you to join the launch team.

You'll play a vital role in assembling nearly 50 cutting-edge trains destined for the iconic Piccadilly line on the London Underground. What you'll be doing:

• Process purchase requests and then ensure the on-time arrival of material on site

• Engage with various other parties in the supply chain to improve the flow of material, communicating or raising concerns

• You will be comfortable analysing data and be able to relay and receive information from a variety of sources

What we're looking for:

• Strong working knowledge of the material purchasing process, from purchase order to product delivery

• Data analysis and I.T. skills ( SAP / Excel advantageous)

• Excellent communication skills
