The role
Reporting to the Senior Global Legal & Compliance Manager, this role supports the development and execution of global compliance, legal, and risk management systems and processes across the business. The successful candidate will help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, manage compliance audits, support corporate governance, and oversee key policies, contractual obligations, and incident management processes. The role also involves managing global insurance renewals, supporting ESG reporting and sustainability platforms, and delivering training and communications related to legal and compliance matters. Strong stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex projects and sensitive data are essential.
Requirements
- Experience within a compliance related position
- Experience of developing systems and processes in a compliance environment
- Familiarity within industry related compliance, operational, financial, quality assurance or human resource procedures and regulations would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Impeccable attention to detail, ability to proofread and ensure quality of own work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and build strong relationships within the business
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates sound judgment in recognising when to seek guidance or support
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage conflict and handle dissention (there will be times when circumstances requiring the need to explain and defend a decision may be encountered)
