Job Description:

We are hiring a Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing Lead for a leading AI-powered SaaS platform in Europe. This full-time, permanent role involves owning and scaling API and automation go-to-market strategies, focusing on growth, adoption, and engagement in a fast-paced, product-led environment.

Location: Europe/UK (Remote or Hybrid options)

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for API acquisition and activation
  • Managing onboarding and adoption journeys
  • Targeting technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translating product features into use cases
  • Collaborating across teams to align growth, product, and sales
  • Creating and iterating campaigns based on data and feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or PLG environment
  • Experience scaling adoption in high-growth settings
  • Knowledge of product-led growth and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Understanding of technical products or APIs (coding not required)
  • Creative, results-focused, experimental mindset
