YOUR DAY TO DAY

Working from the Chippenham office at least twice a week providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and company law.
You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

4 years post qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Corporate Law
Friendly approachable personality.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in corporate law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and a strong client service mindset are essential.
