Job Description:

Part-Time Final Medical Signatory – Permanent Role

Location: Primarily home-based | Office attendance just 1 day/week (Wednesdays)

Days: Flexible – ideally 3 days/week (open to 2 or 4)

We're supporting a well-established and highly regarded consultancy to recruit an experienced Final Medical Signatory and Code of Practice expert on a part-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, self-sufficient professional who enjoys autonomy and values a friendly, professional, and non-bureaucratic environment. The company works across a range of therapy areas, with particular depth in complex scientific fields including oncology and rare diseases.

The Role

  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in accordance with the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients across a range of therapy areas
  • Be a trusted expert in a highly professional, supportive, and flexible setting

What We’re Looking For

  • Final Signatory status with a proven track record
  • Strong working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Comfortable working autonomously – this is not a training-level role
  • Confident communicator and trusted advisor to internal and client teams
  • Willing to take an active involvement in the company, working to deliver on a variety of projects and activities

What’s on Offer

  • Permanent, part-time flexibility – ideal for maintaining work–life balance
  • Remote-first working model with only 1 in-office day/week (Wednesdays)
  • Join a team that’s senior, capable, and genuinely supportive
  • Work in a business that prioritises professionalism without red tape

Please note: Right to work in the UK is essential.
